Meet HFMeatsllc

Since 1942, Holbrook Farms has proudly raised cattle, on our family farm located in Cherokee County.  My grandfather began raising calves for sale as far back as 1940 and purchase the current farm in 1942.  Along with cattle, my grandfather raised poultry and pork for processing.  HFMeatsllc was born in 2023 due to family and friend interest in purchasing locally owned beef that is all natural and hormone free.  HFMeatsllc offers pastured raised, all natural beef processed locally from a family owned, USDA processor.  The beef that we sell is hormone free and unlike anything that you can get from your local grocery store.  The beef that you receive will come in vacuum sealed packages and will remain good in your freezer.  Our team is available to answer all your questions. Our beefs have access to lush green grass and hay 100% of the time while supplementing the grass and hay diet with an all natural grain to help “finish” the animal. This creates marbling in the beef and enriches the flavor. The all natural grain that we use is supplied by a local vendor and contains no antibiotics
